For those who don't know me — and even for those who do — I wanted to officially introduce you to Senior Living Kit, my brand new company and my proudest leap of faith yet. And I do mean leap. As in jumping out of a perfectly good plane. Without a parachute.

After 14+ years of pouring my heart into senior living communities as a Director of Sales, I knew it was time for my next chapter. I learned so much, built incredible relationships, and somewhere along the way my grandfather, Maurice Pierre Planche Sr., a successful entrepreneur, tapped me on the shoulder and whispered "Girl, what are you waiting for?"

So here I am. 😄

What does Senior Living Kit actually do? I'm a Certified Senior Advisor and proud member of the National Placement and Referral Alliance. I work with older adults and their families during one of life's most emotional and overwhelming transitions — figuring out senior living. Whether that means finding the right community, or arranging care so a loved one can stay home, I help families navigate it all. With experience, heart, and zero judgment.

Already, I've had the honor of helping a handful of incredible seniors find their next chapter. One client told me she made 4 new friends her first week and she is 96! Each story reminds me exactly why I jumped out of that plane.
